Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
This statement is made voluntarily and outlines the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains. While we are not legally required to produce this statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are committed to operating ethically and transparently.
Our Business
We are a boutique digital marketing agency specialising in brand positioning and strategy, graphic design and creative, photography, videography, social media management, website design and development, PR and communications, event design and production, and event management and logistics.
Our core team comprises two employees, and we occasionally engage trusted freelancers and suppliers to support project delivery.
Our Commitment
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of our business. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitative practices of any kind.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chain is relatively simple and primarily includes freelance professionals, software providers, creative production services, and event logistics partners. While the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain is low, we remain vigilant and work only with individuals and companies who uphold fair labour practices.
Due Diligence
-
We conduct informal due diligence when engaging new freelancers or suppliers, prioritising those with a track record of ethical conduct.
-
We only collaborate with individuals and organisations who share our values and comply with applicable labour laws and standards.
-
We maintain open communication with our freelancers and partners to encourage a culture of respect, transparency, and accountability.
Whistle Blowing Policy
We have adopted a whistleblowing policy to provide a clear, confidential channel for reporting concerns, including suspected instances of modern slavery or unethical practices. All staff, contractors, and freelancers are encouraged to report any concerns without fear of retaliation. We take all reports seriously and commit to investigating and addressing them appropriately.
Training & Awareness
Given the size of our team, formal training is not currently implemented. However, we remain informed on the risks of modern slavery and the responsibilities businesses have in identifying and preventing it.
Ongoing Commitment
We will continue to monitor our operations and supply chains and remain committed to acting ethically, safeguarding human rights, and contributing to the elimination of modern slavery in all its forms.
